Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the agreement between SyntonyCRM (“Company”, “we”, “us”) and the customer (“you”) regarding use of the SyntonyCRM software-as-a-service platform and related services.

2. Acceptance

By registering for an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. Services

We provide access to the SyntonyCRM platform as a software-as-a-service. The scope of features available depends on the subscription plan selected. We may update and improve the platform, provided core functionality is maintained.

4. Customer Obligations

You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only, to keep your credentials secure, and to promptly report any unauthorized access. Sharing login credentials with unauthorized third parties is prohibited.

5. Fees and Billing

Fees are charged according to the current pricing on our website. Invoices are issued monthly or annually based on your selected billing cycle and are due immediately. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend access.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by emailing info@syntonycrm.com. Access continues until end of the billing period. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days to allow export, then securely deleted.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages from injury to life, body, or health, and for intentional or grossly negligent conduct. In all other cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Data Privacy

The collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. The exclusive jurisdiction for disputes shall be the courts of San Antonio, Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
